Consumer Loan Processor

Our fast-paced Loan Department is looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Consumer Loan Processor. In this position, you will work with both auto dealers and member/borrowers. You will collect, review, and verify documents to prepare loans for funding. There will be heavy in/out bound call volume in order to verify information and to proactively close loans in a timely manner. In addition to excellent service, there is a strong focus on fraud prevention and a need for someone that is not afraid of following their intuition.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Knowledge of various types of consumer loan products and industry standard processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding consumer lending.
• Ability to work well with internal and external customers via phone, email and in person.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
• Ability to be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer competency skills required.
• Previous auto lending experience preferred.
